The Sälen Classic was first released in 2018 due to popular request for a solid-body .strandberg* with more classic single-cut styling combined with the design benefits of its Boden siblings. The Sälen Classic NX 6 Tremolo originates from the same place while adding a powerful HH pickup configuration and EGS Rev7 tremolo bridge to take this archetypal design in an alternate direction.
